At Girl Power Gear, we’re proud to ship our empowering products across the globe. Please read below to understand how our shipping process works.

Shipping Services & Rates

We use live shipping rates at checkout — meaning you’ll choose your preferred shipping method, and the cost will be calculated based on your location, delivery speed, and items in your order.

All shipping charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process. Shipping costs are not included in the listed product prices.

Delivery Regions

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Mexico

If your country isn’t listed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Estimated Delivery

Our products are made to order via trusted print-on-demand partners. The delivery window shown at checkout includes both production (fulfillment) and shipping time. On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days. After fulfillment, U.S. standard shipping is usually 3–4 business days; international shipments (e.g., Canada and Mexico) can take ~5–20 business days depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees—weather, customs, and carrier delays may occur.

Tracking & Split Shipments

Tracking details are emailed as soon as each item ships. Items in the same order may ship separately to speed up delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import duties or taxes charged by local authorities. These fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship once the corrected address and re-shipping cost are confirmed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement when applicable.
