We offer a 30-day exchange window from the date your order is received. That means you have 30 days to request an exchange if something’s not quite right.
To be eligible for an exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
Items should be free of stains, perfumes, animal hair, makeup, or signs of wear
Must be the same style, color, and design (no swapping for a totally different item—unless approved by our support team)

You can also scan our QR code on your packing slip to start your return directly from your phone.
If your order arrived defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item—don’t sweat it! Email us at support@girlpowergear.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll send you a prepaid label for return and a replacement item at no extra cost.
We do not accept returns for the following:
Wrong size ordered (please refer to the size guide on every product page)
Change of mind (style, material, or color preference)
Gifted items not to the recipient’s liking
Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided
Items marked as SALE, clearance, or final sale
International orders (due to Printful’s policies)
If eligible for a refund:
Items will be inspected by our fulfillment partner (Printful) to ensure they meet the return conditions
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
Prefer to keep it in the Girl Power fam? Opt for store credit or a gift card—you’ll skip the restocking fee!
At this time, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to shipping and customs limitations. If there's an issue with your international order, reach out to us—we’ll always do our best to help find a solution.
Please note: For some products (such as all-over print track pants and custom shoes), additional import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery if your item ships from overseas (e.g., China). These fees are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing your order, especially for US deliveries.
Once your order is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is missing, please contact your local courier or post office. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building's reception first—sometimes packages play hide-and-seek.
Orders are processed quickly after checkout, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or edits. However, if you spot an error, email us the same day at support@girlpowergear.com, and we’ll try to help.
